Position Title: Production Manager

Snapshot Of The Role

Plan, direct and manage operation and production to achieve the desired optimum production output and quality at lowest cost.

You Are Driven To

• Oversee the daily operation to ensure achieve desired optimum hatching egg, quality and saleable chicks at lowest cost possible.
• Improve and enhance the efficiencies in the production line for cost control and maximise resources to meet production schedules.
• Direct and oversee the maintenance of equipment to ensure high standard of safety, cleanliness and productivity; and the logistics matter to ensure continuous supply to customers.
• Take charge in manpower planning and optimization; and provide guidance, mentoring and motivation to staff in carrying out their roles and responsibilities which include delegation of works, setting goals and review results.
• Work closely with HQ to meet required standards, policies and procedures.
• Prepare, monitor, review, and analyses daily and weekly production report.
  
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 4 year(s) in managerial capacity.
• Strong interpersonal skill including ability to adapt relationship at all levels.
• Computer literacy and meticulous in data.
• Willing to work at Bau, Sarawak (15m from Kuching).
• Able to adapt working during weekends, public holiday and night shift if necessary.
• Sarawakian shall be given the first priority.
