  • Possess at least a degree in relevant fields.
  • At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the food industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage FSMS documents and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Conduct internal training and prepare training materials.
  • Perform daily inspections to maintain equipment integrity.

Job description

Job Responsibility

  • In charge of all FSMS documents, review and keep up-to-date with the latest requirement.
  • In liaison with auditing, DVS, MOH on all external audit matters (review/ surveillance audit).
  • Review, update and ensure all calibrations are performed as per scheduled.
  • Review, update and ensure all preventative maintenance are carried out as per schedule.
  • In liaison with auditing firm, DVS, MOH and auditors on all request (verification, lab test, sampling).
  • Prepare minutes of meeting.
  • Prepare management review and internal audit annually.
  • Summarize all findings and prepare audit report, communicate the audit results to responsible departments.
  • Provide CAPA and close all NC/ CARs.
  • Ensure all trainings are carried out as per schedule.
  • Gather quotations for in-house training and arrange for trainings (food handlerâs training and all regulations related training).
  • Prepare training materials and conduct internal trainings.
  • Conduct daily inspection to ensure all process and building/ equipment integrity in compliance with standards.
  • Assist data entry clerk, verify and ensure all internal documents are up-to-date.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superior as and when required.

Qualification

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least degree in Food Tech/ Food Science/ Nutrition/ Chemistry/ Microbiology or equivalent

Experience

  • At least 1 year working experience
  • Preferably experienced in food industry

Professional Knowledge

  • Knowledge in ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, HALAL is an advantage (Training will be provided).

Soft Skill And Others

  • Computer literate at Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
