Job Title: Production Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
   • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) on production machinery to minimize breakdowns.
   • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in production equipment.
   • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
2. Production Support & Efficiency Improvement
   • Ensure all machines operate at optimal efficiency to meet production schedules.
   • Implement continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
3. Spare Parts & Inventory Management
   • Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts and coordinate procurement when necessary.
4. Safety & Compliance
   • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations (OSHA, ISO, etc.) and company policies.
   • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for maintenance operations.
   • Maintain proper documentation of maintenance logs, inspection reports, and compliance records.
5. Team Coordination & Training
   • Supervise and guide maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices.
6. New Equipment Installation & Upgrades
   • Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery.
   • Recommend upgrades or modifications to improve equipment lifespan and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Education & Experience:
   • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering or related field.
   • 3-5 years of experience in production maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.
   • Knowledge of PLC, IR4.0, CNC machines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation systems is a plus.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical & electrical systems.
   • Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean Manufacturing principles.
3. Soft Skills:
   • Problem-solving & analytical thinking.
   • Strong communication & teamwork abilities.
   • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.

Working Conditions:

• May require shift work (day/night) depending on production needs.
