Job summary

Zcal Technology (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd is seeking a production support role in Kapar, Selangor. Fresh graduates with SPM/ Diploma and 1–3 years in manufacturing are encouraged to apply. You will assist supervisors in manpower scheduling, planning, and productivity tracking, while coordinating between management and line staff.

Proficiency in English, BM, and Mandarin, plus MS Excel/Word, are required. Be prepared to work shifts and overtime; attention to detail and a responsible attitude are

Qualifications

• Possess at least an SPM or Diploma qualification.
• Able to communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Have 1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with basic knowledge of production floor operations and supervision.
• Able to assist supervisors in manpower scheduling, production planning, and productivity tracking.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of working effectively between the management team and production staff.
• Proficient in using basic office software such as Microsoft Excel and Word, and in filling out production-related documents.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility; willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Disciplined, obedient to instructions, attentive to detail, and able to handle on-site emergencies calmly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in monitoring attendance, discipline, performance, and work conditions of production line workers.
• Assist in daily production planning and manpower allocation to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Follow up on production capacity, material availability, and equipment status, and promptly report any abnormalities.
• Supervise product quality, standard operating procedures, and efficiency during production, and assist in resolving on-site issues.
• Record production data (e.g. output, rejection rate, working hours) and help prepare daily production reports.
• Ensure the production area is safe and clean, and remind workers to use personal protective equipment properly.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new employees on job responsibilities and standard operating procedures.
