Job summary

Zcal Technology (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd in Kapar, Selangor is seeking a production operator. You will prepare and adjust machines before production, monitor performance, and conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, and must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia. Training will be provided on site.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and adjust machines before launching the production process.
• Observe and evaluate machines during operation to ensure excellent performance and quality standards.
• Conduct regular and preventive maintenance on machines to prevent failures and reduce downtime.
