Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Seremban is seeking a production operator to join our team. Follow plan or instructions from a supervisor to meet delivery schedules and set up the production line according to the approved procedure.

Maintain daily records and ensure line specifications are accurately documented in the process record book. We emphasize a safe, quality-focused environment and require rotation shifts including OT and weekend support.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary qualification.
• Willing to rotate shifts including OT and weekends.
• Good work discipline and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow plan or instructions from superior to meet delivery schedules.
• Set up the production line according to the procedure.
• Perform line 5's at working area before process start and all the other time.
• Manage daily operations to meet department objectives.
• Alert any out of control condition (quality and machine) to superior and maintenance for actions.
• Daily record process line specification into process record book provided.
