Are you ready to embark on an adventurous journey and explore the world of HEINEKEN? We are excited to announce the launch of our Production Graduate Programme – designed to nurture the next generation of supply chain leaders.

About the Program:

Our Production Graduate Programme is a 24 month path which consists of four key rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place within your chosen area: Supply Chain; across bottling, packaging, and engineering with each placement providing hands-on exposure to the daily operations of a high-performing brewery. Upon completion, successful candidates will transition into a permanent role within the Supply Chain Department.

Criteria & Conditions

  • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree (Second Upper Class or above) in Engineering – Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Chemical
  • Have less than two years of working experience
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Actively involved in extracurricular or community initiatives
  • Collaborative team players who can also take initiative and work independently
  • Open to working on a rotating shift schedule
