A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Production Executive responsible for overseeing production processes, planning, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree, with relevant experience in the toiletry/personal care or food/beverage industry. Strong communication and people management skills are essential for this role, alongside a good grasp of software tools and industry regulations to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.

Responsible for overall manufacturing processes including production planning, raw & packaging materials & indirect materials preparations and transactions, operation of machineries, production efficiency, control of rejections and fulfilment of orders as scheduled/on time.
Responsible to ensure smooth operation in organizing and maintaining daily production related functions.
Responsible for daily manpower planning and allocation of relevant manpower into various production processes. To manage and monitor staffs to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
Responsible in monitoring subordinate attendances and report any misconduct and disciplinary issues on the workers to immediate superior.
Responsible in training new Production Leader, Technician and Operator.
Responsible to ensure departmental quality objectives are achieved.
Responsible to report unusual non-conformance of product quality and breakdown of machineries to superior.
Responsible to ensure general cleanliness, hygienic and housekeeping of machineries and work areas.
Responsible to ensure all production relevant documents are well kept and updated. Production forms or logbooks are well recorded and updated.
Responsible of work safety for staffs and report to immediate superior on any unsafe issues.
Responsible of day-to-day lines inspection as according to GMP and ISO Standards procedures / guidelines.
Responsible in daily transaction on ERP Manufacturing Operation Module and updating production data.
Responsible to investigate internal/external complaint issues which related to production operation and with prompt feedback.
Arrange and organize internal training program for shop floor staffs.
Setting daily production target and capture in daily production report.
Inter communication with other departments on daily production transaction.
Any other related ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the Management.
Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field.
Within 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in toiletry & personal care industry or food & beverage manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, quality standards and safety protocols.
Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, execution processes and inventory management principles.
Possess good interpersonal, communication and people management skills.
Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Experience in SAP/SAGE will be an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willing to work in Glenmarie area.
