We are seeking a dedicated Production Executive (exp in Chemical Eng/Pharmaceutical industry) to join our team at COSMOS PERSONAL CARE (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Tanjung Langsat Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our Chemical Engineering operations.

Job Description :

1. Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
2. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
3. Monitoring and analyzing production data to identify trends and optimize processes.
4. Liaising with cross-functional teams to resolve any production-related issues.
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
6. Providing training and guidance to production staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
7. Assisting in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies.

Qualifications :

1. Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical industry.
3. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and process improvement techniques.
4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
