Production Executive

A leading plastic manufacturer is hiring a Production Executive.

Your new company

My client is a local plastic manufacturer that provides innovative packaging solutions to various industries. With the rapid business growth, they are looking for a Production Executive who has experience of handling blow-moulding machines, ensuring efficient production, quality, and adherence to specifications, including machine operation, and maintenance.

Your new role

• Monitoring blow moulding machine operations and maintenance.
  
• Troubleshooting electrical issues on machines to ensure a smooth production process and reduce downtime.
  
• Identify and address production issues, implement corrective actions, and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and quality.
  
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations within the production area.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Polymer/ Manufacturing Engineering.
  
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with blow moulding processes in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Proven track record of handling maintenance work and troubleshooting blow-moulding machinery.
  
• Deep understanding of the blow-moulding processes and the relevant machinery and software.
  
• Great understanding of quality control standards and testing methods for blow moulding products.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
