A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a Production Executive to oversee production processes in Rawang. Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in production line operation.
• Familiarity with Food Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin preferred for communication.

Job description

Overseeing production process and directs an entire production operation (from raw material receiving, store keeping , production processes

prepare daily production report, maintain and improve KPIs such as yield , efficiency, productivity, machine utilization and output

plan and organize production schedules, ensuring production timeline are met with efficiency, effectively and meet the approved standards

analyze and troubleshoot daily operational problems, and facilitate continuous improvement in production processes, labour productivuty and cost reduction

provide on the job training to workers with aim to meet production cost

enforce housekeeping practices, safe working environment, safe practices and safety compliance in the factory

Requirement

Atleast 2-3 year(s)ofworkingexperienceproduction line operationis required for this position. Familiarity with Food Manufacturing industry is an added advantage

minimum Diploma in Operation Management or any equivalent course. SPM holder with more working experience is encourage to apply as well

Good communication skills, both written and oral: English, Malay, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Reliable, Able to work independently under minimum supervision and able to meet tight schedule.
