Job description

-Supervise and manage production staff to ensure effective and efficient workflow on the production floor.

-Plan and assign tasks to ensure the timely completion of daily production goals.

-Monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and adjust resources as necessary.

-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe work environment.

-Troubleshoot production issues, identify process improvements, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

-Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product quality meets or exceeds industry standards.

-Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and waste.

-Train, mentor, and motivate production employees, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

-Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to production staff to improve skills and efficiency.

-Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies, working with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock.

-Enforce company policies regarding cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.

-Prepare production reports and update management on progress, challenges, and achievements.


-Maintain an accurate count of finished products.

-Ensure daily production targets are met within budget constraints.

-Monitor packing and factory materials, ensuring sufficient stock for orders.

-Check product quality to ensure it meets required standards.

-Verify that packing labels are correct before shipment.
