Lead a team of production supervisors, leaders, and operators to ensure that production lines operate smoothly with minimal downtime, producing products that meet quality standards and comply with customer, safety, and industry regulations.
Communicate policies, procedures, and information effectively to subordinates.
Collaborate with engineering and support functions to resolve production issues.
Work cross-functionally with QAQC, Warehouse, Engineering, and HR departments.
Provide management with manufacturing performance data through analysis and reporting.
Maintain workforce discipline and efficiency by monitoring attendance and adherence to company policies, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
Review employee performance and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.
Apply knowledge of Lean Manufacturing to optimize resources, reduce costs, and promote continuous improvement and collaboration across departments.
Ensure safety regulations, GMP, and housekeeping standards are maintained within the department, involving all team members.
Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
Job Requirements
Diploma or higher in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills required: Microsoft Office, GMP, HACCP.
Preferably with experience as a Junior Executive in manufacturing or production operations.
