• Possess a Diploma in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a production environment within the printing or publishing industry.

• Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve workflows, efficiency, and cost management.
• Prepare and manage the production budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Collaborate with departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout projects.
