Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate with experience in production management within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to details, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.

What You Will Primarily Do:

Verify and update production forms, maintenance records, and production reconciliation records to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Ensure proper organization, filing, and management of production documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and related records.

Oversee production activities to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, HALAL and ISO guidelines and adherence to production schedules.

Assist in maintaining records for process and equipment validation to meet industry standards.

Support the Production Manager in daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the production team.

Monitor and review production records to ensure they align with company standards and regulations.

Candidate MUST possess at least a Diploma in Food Science/Pharmaceutical Sciences or any other related field.

Strong communication skills for effectively conveying messages

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, especially related to production or document control.

Strong knowledge of document control processes, with an emphasis on maintaining and organizing production records, work instructions, and SOPs.

Knowledge on GMP, HACCP, HALAL and ISO standards will be advantageous.

Proficiency in Mandarin is beneficial for effective communicating with technicians from overseas.
