Responsibilities:

• Assist to analyze & compile the data to cover slaughterhouse overall efficiency improvement with a good action plan.
• Assist to liaise with relevant department PIC such as Layers, IT, Marketing, Transportation, Costing, Business Affairs, Distribution Centre & Purchasing to collect the info to follow up & improve.
• Assist to ensure all slaughterhouse team KPI are met, process improvement initiatives & update performance appraisal & keep records in place.
• Assist in developing, reviewing & improving slaughterhouse administrative systems, policies & procedures.
• Assist in dealing with the team on yearly internal/external audits preparations. Work with PIC to ensure all plans results are implemented.
• Collect & update weekly, monthly, quarterly reports from productions, inventory & operations to improve and progress.
• Undertake any other job when assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in the production industry will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Yong Peng.
