Production Executive

Planning, organizing, and controlling manpower, inventory, and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet production targets and schedules. Optimize the utilization of production equipment & facilities for cost effectiveness. Accountable for delivering a quality and safe product.

Control of inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

Ensure production areas are clean and maintained up to an acceptable housekeeping standard to reflect the quality of the Company’s products. Ensure personnel hygiene, cleanliness, and work environment of the controlled room and all production personnel are controlled and maintained and take corrective action if any non-compliance is found.

Upkeep of production machine and its accessories, and controlled room facilities.

Ensure subordinates follow company rules and regulations, quality procedures, and safety procedures.

Assist in establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality procedures and support documents. Lead, investigation, take corrective and preventive action for non-compliance.

Prepare all production-related reports and review and analyze the effectiveness against the targets, and implement improvements as necessary.

Initiate problem-solving and trouble-shooting processes and reduce process and production-related problems and delays.

Identify methods to improve the existing work process and existing material flow to maximize the utilization of resources.

Trainer to Production personnel to carry out tasks according to procedures.

Assist in carrying out new project testing in product realization.

Work with relevant departments to eliminate production problems, implement improvements, and maintain a high quality level, and spearhead action plans.

Perform any other duties as Management may require from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Degree holder preferred in technical/science background.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing line.

Those who have experience in ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 have added advantages.

Have good interpersonal & leadership skills.

PC literate.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply since training will be provided.
