PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Oversee all production activities in accordance with corporate and plant policies, as well as programmes and standards concerning cost, quality, and productivity.

Lead a team of production staff to achieve objectives set out in company and departmental structures.

Ensure product quality meets customer requirements, in-house and external specifications.

Ensure production output, downtime, and rejects meet the targets set in the budget.

Ensure production expenditure is within the budget.

Create a safe work environment and cultivate a 'Safety First' culture.

Continuously explore and organize programs for productivity and quality improvement.

Identify training needs and organize training programs for subordinates.

Motivate and promote team spirit among subordinates and peers.

Promote participation in social activities among staff.

Ensure that the quality and environmental management systems conform to ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 standards.

Implement and manage safety, 5S, and ISO standards.

1. Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
2. Implement and participate actively in 5S activities for the department and organization.
3. Support other key strategic 5S programs as necessary.
4. Adhere to ISO standards compliance.

Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors or management from time to time.
