Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate production schedules and workflow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process issues on the production floor.
• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and quality standards.
• Liaise with design, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Continuously improve manufacturing processes and reduce production costs.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
