This company is a newly established manufacturing firm located in Senai, specializing in producing cables for high-reliability connectors. As a key player in the global supply chain, they serve industries such as automotive, medical healthcare, marine, telecommunications, logistics, and railway. The company has a strong international presence with over 10 sales outlets worldwide.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimize industrial processes, ensuring certification compliance.
2. Design layouts for production processes, machinery, and quality control management, including product changes.
3. Lead DMAIC analysis to identify root causes of issues like yield loss and defects, supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Test and modify processes as needed.
4. Analyze data to evaluate process effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
5. Establish safety guidelines for handling hazardous materials and chemicals.
6. Enforce ESH, company policies, industry standards, and government regulations.
7. Position and salary will be based on experience; high performers may be promoted to managerial roles.
8. Pioneer team members will undergo industrial training at the China HQ for a few weeks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Malay and English.
• High School, Diploma, or Degree in engineering or related fields; those without degrees or with limited experience may be considered for roles such as engineering assistant or executive.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, including new production line setup, process engineering, or QC/QA/QS roles.
• Experience with ISO quality management systems is a plus.
• Result-oriented with the ability to lead teams to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Strong communication, quality control, and engineering analysis skills.
