Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Engineer/Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at Federal Packages Sdn Bhd in Simpang Ampat, Penang. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in optimising our manufacturing processes and ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our products.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and increase product quality
• Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to optimize manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and validate new production methods and technologies
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Provide technical support and guidance to production staff, troubleshoot issues, and implement training programs
• Participate in the planning and execution of maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency
• Contribute to the development of new products by providing engineering expertise and input during the design phase
