Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemical Materials.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as Production Engineer/Executive in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Chinese to effectively communicate and manage work processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on the manufacturing floor to ensure smooth production processes.
• Implement and drive process improvements to increase production efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor and track product production progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve any production-related issues and coordinate problem-solving efforts.
• Assist in quality control, equipment maintenance, and staff training on the production line.
