Job summary
Une entreprise leader dans le secteur de la mécatronique recherche un ingénieur spécialisé avec des compétences en optimisation de processus et en normes de qualité. Vous serez responsable de l'amélioration continue des processus de fabrication tout en intégrant des changements d'ingénierie et des nouveaux produits. Ce poste requiert un diplôme en ingénierie et au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement manufacturier.
Qualifications
- Diplôme en ingénierie mécanique, mécatronique ou domaine connexe requis.
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de fabrication ou d'ingénierie.
- Connaissances en Lean Manufacturing et Six Sigma nécessaires.
Responsibilities
- Formulation et mise en œuvre de procédures opérationnelles standard (SOPs).
- Ingénierie et optimisation des processus de fabrication.

Job Responsibilities:
- Formulated and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across production lines to uphold stringent quality standards and enhance operational efficiency.
- Engineered, evaluated, and optimized manufacturing processes, including assembly methodologies and the design and deployment of jigs and fixtures, with the objective of improving productivity and reducing cycle times.
- Facilitated the integration of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and New Product Introductions (NPIs) into existing manufacturing frameworks, ensuring seamless transitions and sustained operational continuity.
- Conducted comprehensive simulations, troubleshooting, and root cause analyses on existing processes and customer concerns, utilizing 4M analysis and the 7 Quality Control (QC) tools to systematically identify and address issues.
- Led cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic process improvement initiatives, resulting in substantial productivity enhancements and the effective resolution of key operational challenges.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SolidWorks and related CAD software for design and process engineering applications.
- Knowledge and practical application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong expertise in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for production planning and inventory management.
