Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall production activities in the plant.
• Assist production manager with production activities.
• Ensure product quality meets standards.
• Ensure safe operation and attend safety training.
• Implement all BMOS Requirements.
• Initiate improvement plans for production performance.
• Coordinate with Production Planning on schedules.
• Implement ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 & HACCP requirements.
• Train and develop plant personnel.
• Optimize plant operation to meet production targets.

Job description

Overview

• To monitor overall production activities in plant
• To assist production manager to perform all production activities in plant
• To ensure product quality meeting quality standards
• To ensure safe operation and attend all required safety training
• To implement all BMOS Requirements
• To initiate improvement plans to improve performance of production plants in term of product quality and plant efficiencies.
• To coordinate with Production Planning Department on production schedule to make sure all product meet the shipment schedule.
• Implement ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 & HACCP, make sure all documentations and requirements are in order.
• To train and develop plant personnel with working and personal skill, to analyze the training needs and work out the training program.
• To optimize plant operation, eg. Process parameter to meet production target.

Requirements

• Minimum degree in Engineering or related fields
• Experiences in production operation for food industries or related field
• Strong in Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen and 5S
• Good leadership skills in leading plant troubleshooting.
• Able to write and communicate in English and Malay
