Job summary

A leading company in the food industry seeks a Production Manager to oversee plant operations in Johor, Malaysia. The successful candidate will ensure production efficiency, product quality, and compliance with safety and ISO standards while training and developing staff. Ideal applicants should hold a degree in Engineering and have relevant experience in production operations.

Qualifications

Minimum degree in Engineering or related fields.
Experience in food industries or related field.
Able to communicate in English and Malay.

General :

To monitor overall production activities in plant
To assist production manager to perform all production activities in plant
To ensure product quality meeting quality standards
To ensure safe operation and attend all required safety training
To implement all BMOS Requirements
To initiate improvement plans to improve performance of production plants in term of
product quality and plant efficiencies.
To coordinate with Production Planning Department on production schedule to make sure all product meet the shipment schedule.
Implement ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 & HACCP, make sure all documentations and requirements are in order.
To train and develop plant personnel with working and personal skill, to analyze the training needs and work out the training program.
To optimize plant operation, eg. Process parameter to meet production target.
