• Oversee and lead daily injection molding processes
• Improve process stability, reduce scrap, and enhance yield in injection molding
• Assist in troubleshooting issues related to injection molding
• Conduct DOE studies to troubleshoot injection molding problems
• Provide product engineering support to the sales team
• Participate in ITW toolbox activities and automation projects

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Science, Polymer Technology, Material Science, or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in the plastics industry
• Familiar with SPC, 8D, DOE, FMEA, and other QC tools
• Knowledge of ISO systems
• Familiarity with statistical process control methods is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff
