About the role

Bee Lian Plastic Industries Bhd (Senai) is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator/Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Senai, Johor. As a fulltime Production Coordinator/Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing our manufacturing operations and ensuring the efficient production of our plastic products.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and schedule production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations

Supervise and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and support as needed

Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and maintenance, to optimise operations

Analyse production data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for process improvements

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a production coordination or supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry

Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools

Ability to work well in a team and lead a diverse group of production workers
