An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Inventory Coordinator to manage in-process inventory records and ensure a steady supply of materials for production. Position Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining in-process inventory records and ensure sufficient supply of materials for production.
Minimum Requirements:
Key responsibilities:
➢ Plan and manage daily production schedules.
➢ To liaise with Supervisors to check the machine capacity for planning of production schedule.
➢ Analyse data and provide reports on material usage, lead times and inventory levels
➢ Make counts (daily/weekly/monthly) to ensure inventory accuracy meets targets.
➢ Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording inventory location, and reporting shortages.
➢ Retrieving materials and supplies by picking up and verifying materials and supplies listed in production orders.
➢ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance material flow and reduce costs
➢ Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve material-related issues
➢ Perform tasks assigned by leader/supervisor/manager within estimated cycle time.
➢ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
➢ Supports continuous improvement programs.
