The Role

LEPPO CONCRETE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the development of our innovative product portfolio. Based in Putatan District Sabah, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and prepare production order details; call customer and dispatch order; scheduling with the Driver Department
• Set objectives, guidelines, procedures, and priorities and schedules during day-to-day operations and equipment shutdowns.
• Manage, direct, and coordinate overall activities of the department and interaction with other departments
• Promote safety by ensuring tailgate and safety meetings are held, developing the proper safety procedures, wearing required safety equipment, and following proper working environment and conditions.
• Establish and maintain communication within the department so there is continuity between different production teams
• To ensure the plant & truck maintenance, Monitoring and controlling fuel consumption.
• Check the physical stock level every morning and report to HQ for purchase requests if stock is insufficient
• Collect Delivery Notes (DN) and fuel receipts from drivers; pass to the Weightbridge Clerk
• Check and verify all DNs for order accuracy, abnormality, or rejection remarks, ensure timely DN submission, and verify daily Batcher Report from Admin

• Proven track record of 2-3+ years in product coordination, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and user-centric design principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Passion for innovation and a keen eye for identifying new market opportunities
• Degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
