Job description

Production Coordinator Cum Quality Control

- Plan and monitor daily production schedules and outputs to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

- Enforce quality control and supervise the production process to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and quality standards

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, raw materials and use of machineries

- Assist Production Supervisor and Halal Executive in daily tasks such as maintaining accurate records of necessary documentation related to manufacturing process, quality control and safety

- Perform other duties as assigned when necessary

- Monitor stock levels of raw materials to avoid disruptions during production process

- Lead, train and guide production staffs on current SOPs, safety procedures and company standards

- Impose company policies and ensure workplace discipline

Job Requirements:-

- Completion of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Diploma in Manufacturing Management, Food Technology, Food Science or related field.

- At least 1 Year experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

- Has strong communicating skills, hardworking, responsible and leadership quality.

- Good understanding of production processes, quality standards including (HACCP, GMP etc) and safety regulations.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is an advantage
