Responsibilities

Managing the overall production control activities on forecast fulfillment, demand and output commitment, OTD and cycle time.
Responsible for planning of assigned customers scheduling orders, deliveries and ensuring delivery requirements are achieved.
Review, analyze and optimize forecast/demand vs actual loading trend.
Ensure customer requirements are documented and meeting specification.
Verify information on travelers and issuing forms.
Drive production for shorter cycle time and OTD performance.
Communicate status of products with ASE Sales/customers in a timely manner.
Provide accurate customers' reports in a timely manner.
Expedite operations that delay schedules and revise schedules after internal review.
Communicate ad hoc urgent customer requests with ASE internal personnel to support needs.
