- Verify the accuracy of data entries and ensure reports reflect actual production performance.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly tonnage reports for the Factory Report.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all daily production reports are accurately prepared and submitted on time.
- Verify the accuracy of data entries and ensure reports reflect actual production performance.
- Maintain proper filing systems for production records and related documents.
- Execute all tasks and instructions given by the immediate superior in a timely manner.
- Assist the Production HOD in all clerical and administrative duties.
- Distribute daily Production Reports (PR) to Production Supervisors.
- Distribute monthly PR reports to all respective Heads of Departments (HODs).
- Update audit listings and ensure audit reports are current and accurate.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly tonnage reports and graphs for the Factory Report.
- Update and maintain Finished Goods Dispatch (FGD), Order Intake, and Sales figures in the Daily Factory Requirement reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including the ISO 9002 Quality Manual.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Willing to work at manufacturing site at Bestari Jaya, Selangor.
- 1–2 years of relevant clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems for production data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
