Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate production records, including daily output, material usage, and downtime reports.
- Generate and distribute work orders and workflow orders based on the production schedule, and entry and update data in the ERP system.
- Track the flow and status of work-in-progress (WIP) and coordinate with production personnel to ensure timely updates.
- Assist in inventory control by recording raw materials issued, received and returned.
- Coordinate material flow with Quality Control, Warehouse and Engineering teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Handle tools & production consumables: request through the system, confirm delivery, receive goods, stock-in, and issue materials (with related ERP entries).
- Purchase of emergency supplies and application for expense reimbursement.
- Archive and organize production documents to meet traceability and audit compliance requirements.
- Assist the Production Manager with internal staff communication translations and other administrative tasks for the production department, such as scheduling, attendance summaries, and reporting.
- Ensure that on-site production documents comply with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Perform other clerical or support duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Fresh graduates with production internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP system experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and be able to coordinate and cooperate with various departments.
