Production Assistant Manager (Precast Construction)

The Production Assistant Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing production processes. Key duties include:

1. Identifying and addressing operational and maintenance issues to prevent delays.
2. Designing, updating, and implementing standard operating procedures and best practices.
3. Optimizing production operations to meet quality and performance standards.
4. Maintaining and improving equipment and processes related to efficiency, cycle times, and capacity.
5. Assisting the Production Manager in leading supervisors and workers to ensure timely production and delivery of precast components.
6. Coordinating with Quality Control, Sub-contractors, technical teams, Material Procurement, and the Mould team for smooth production flow.
7. Following up on preventive measures and corrective actions.
8. Proficient in interpreting production-related drawings.
9. Knowledge of building construction, precast and prefabricated products, construction details, and relevant regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or the precast industry.
• Prior experience in precast projects is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work in Ulu Choh, Johor.
