Operate the batching process according to the daily plan and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Prepare additives and plan the daily batching schedule based on the planner's instructions.
Monitor batching machinery and maintain cleanliness in line with 5S standards.
Load tankers when loading staff are unavailable.
Perform basic preventive maintenance and coordinate with Engineering for machine issues.
Follow safety rules and wear proper PPE when required.
Ensure correct flour is discharged into tankers and specific storage bins.
Record and monitor production data accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSC, Halal, and ISO 22000 requirements.
Support and participate in food safety and quality assurance activities.
Guide team members to follow SOPs for both routine and non-routine tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualification & Experience:
Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Certificate in mechanical or any engineering field.
Understanding of SOPs, safety practices, and quality systems.
Working Days Arrangement:
Shift 4 On 3 Off (rotation)
