A leading company in the health and personal care industry seeks a Training Manager to develop and deliver training programs. The position involves collaboration with R&D and Marketing while ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience in the supplement industry and strong multilingual communication skills.

Design engaging training materials (e-learning, live workshops, videos, FAQs) covering:
- Product ingredients, benefits, and scientific backing.
- Compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Competitive differentiation and sales positioning.
Tailor training for different audiences (sales reps, retail staff, healthcare practitioners).
Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
2. Training Delivery & Certification
Conduct in-person and virtual training for internal teams and external partners.
Train sales teams on product claims, dosing, contraindications, and compliance to avoid misrepresentation.
Develop education programs for retailers and distributors to ensure proper product education.
3. Compliance & Industry Knowledge
Stay updated on NPRA regulations.
Ensure all training materials comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Educate teams on health claims vs. structure/function claims to avoid compliance risks.
4. Performance Tracking & Improvement
Measure training effectiveness through quizzes, sales performance, and customer feedback.
Update training content based on new product launches, scientific research, or regulatory changes.
Work with Product Advisors to address common product questions and misconceptions.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration*
Partner with Marketing Team to align training with promotional campaigns.
Assist Retail & E-commerce Teams in creating product guides and FAQs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree inpharmacy/ nutrition / dietetics / science with minimum 3 years of training experiences in the supplement/wellness industry.
Strong communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin.
Understanding of dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, and functional foods.
Familiarity with NPRA compliance, GMP, and labelling laws.
Soft Skills: Ability to simplify scientific concepts, and public speaking.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-learning tools and presentation software
Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
