Job Description

  • Conceptualization, development, implementation and monitoring of marketing strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to stay updated on new product releases, enhancements, and roadmaps.
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive and engaging training materials, including presentations, user manuals, quick guides, video tutorials, e-learning modules, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Ensure all training content is accurate, up-to-date, and tailored to different audience needs and learning styles.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars for various audiences including new hires, sales teams, customer support, external partners etc.
  • Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions effectively, utilizing various instructional techniques and tools.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed to reinforce learning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, quizzes, and performance metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives and product messaging.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking (for in-person sessions), participant registration, and material distribution.
  • Assist the marketing team in developing and formatting marketing collateral that supports training initiatives.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point
  • Candidate with 1-3 years of related experience preferred
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Malay
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Well-organized with strong time management skills
