About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Product Specialist - Orthopedic Implant to join our dynamic team at Active Life Orthopedics Sdn. Bhd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert sales and technical support for our innovative range of orthopedic implants, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and product knowledge.

What you'll be doing

Developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Delivering comprehensive product demonstrations and training to ensure proper usage and installation of our orthopedic implants

Providing on-site support during surgical procedures, offering guidance and expertise to the surgical team

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product developments, and regulatory requirements to provide valuable insights to our customers

Collaborating with the marketing and R&D teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product range

Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or technical role within the medical device or orthopedic industry

Strong understanding of orthopedic anatomy, surgical procedures, and the application of orthopedic implants

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with healthcare professionals at all levels

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

A team player with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Willingness to travel to customer sites and participate in industry events and conferences

Relevant tertiary qualifications in a scientific or medical field, such as biomedical engineering or nursing, would be an advantage
