You will represent TD WELL by working with a sophisticated audience of orthopaedic surgeons, doctors, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales objectives in your territory.
  • Building relationships with clinicians, surgeons, nurses, staff, and hospital administration.
  • Expanding sales prospects through private and government hospitals.
  • Providing technical consultation during surgical cases.
  • Supporting routine orthopaedic surgeries.
  • Cross-selling products and managing new product introductions.
  • Managing credit control and ensuring timely collections.
  • Maintaining product knowledge through training and seminars.

Knowledge & Experience Needed:

  • Understanding of orthopaedic procedures and terminology.
  • Knowledge of Operating Theatre protocols.
  • Experience with trauma orthopaedic implants.
  • Strong network with surgeons in private and government hospitals.

Qualifications to apply:

  • Ability to learn technical medical information.
  • Professional interaction with clinicians and hospital staff.
  • Teamwork and individual work capability.
  • Attention to detail, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and remain professional in surgical environments.
  • Experience as a Product Specialist/Sales in Orthopaedic Implants.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in trauma implant sales or as a product specialist.
  • Diploma in medical, nursing, or allied sciences preferred.
  • Experience in orthopaedic sales is advantageous.
  • Comfort working in operating rooms and high-pressure environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel and work on a 24-hour on-call basis.

Additional Offer:

Shortlisted candidates will receive a 10-15% salary increase based on experience.
