You will represent TD WELL by working with a sophisticated audience including orthopaedic surgeons, doctors, and healthcare professionals.

  • Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives in your territory.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clinicians, surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff.
  • Expanding sales prospects through private and government hospitals.
  • Providing technical consultative services before, during, and after surgeries.
  • Supporting orthopaedic implant surgeries and cross-selling products.
  • Managing credit control and ensuring timely collections.
  • Maintaining product and sales skills through training and seminars.
  • Interacting with internal teams regarding product applications.
  • Completing training and demonstrating proficiency in trauma implants.
Knowledge & Experience Needed:
  • Knowledge of orthopaedic procedures and terminology.
  • Understanding of Operating Theatre protocols.
  • Experience with trauma orthopaedic implants.
  • Strong network with surgeons in private and government hospitals.
Threshold to Apply:
  • Ability to learn technical medical information.
  • Professional interaction with clinicians and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Attention to detail, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and remain professional in surgical environments.
  • Experience as a Product Specialist or Sales in Orthopaedic Implants.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel.

What You Need:

  • Willingness to travel and work on a 24-hour on-call basis.
Additional Offer:

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a salary increase of 10-15% based on experience.
