· You will represent TD WELL by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of orthopaedic surgeons, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
· Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the designated territory.
· Developing healthy and constructive relationships with key clinicians, surgeons, nurses, staff, and hospital administration.
· Cultivates new and expands sales prospects and customer opportunities through private and government hospitals.
· Provide professional technical consultative service to customers before, during, and after routine surgical cases.
· Attend and support routine orthopaedic implant cases/surgeries.
· Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available.
· Manage credit control effectively and ensure collection within the credit term period.
· Maintain training in sales skills and product features.
· Interact with various internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, product development) concerning products and product application.
· Successfully complete initial training/certification program for and demonstrate proficiency in products routinely used in orthopaedics, specifically trauma implants.
· Maintain product/instrumentation knowledge and professional skills through internal training, external seminars, and other available means.
Knowledge & Experience You’ll Need to Succeed:
· Knowledge of orthopaedic procedures and terminology.
· Knowledge of operating theatre protocols and procedures.
· Experience in trauma orthopaedic implants.
· Experience in a strong network with surgeons in private and government hospitals.

· Ability to remain calm and professional in a surgery/operating theatre environment.
· Working experience as a product specialist or sales in orthopaedic implants.
· Own transport (valid driving license), willing to travel within the assigned territory.

What You Need:
· Minimum 1 year of experience as a product specialist or sales in trauma implants.
· Minimum diploma, preferably in a medical, nursing, or allied science (not necessary if with similar previous working experience).
· Successful sales experience in the orthopaedic implant industry is preferred.
· Comfortable working in the operating room and high-intensity environments.
· Advanced skills in MS Office.
· Able to travel to outstation locations.
· Able to work under a 24-hour on-call environment.
What are We Offering:
Once shortlisted, we will offer a salary increment of 10-15% from the last drawn salary, depending on industry experience.
