Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia, an executive recruitment firm is partnering with a leading distributor across SEA for food and nutraceutical ingredients to hire a Product Specialist as the business is expanding.

Location: Northern (Perak/ Penang)
Working arrangement: Remote
Job Descriptions:

  1. Achieve sales target, securing new business as well as monitoring results on a monthly bases against projected sales figures
  2. Implement both short- and long-term sales strategies.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  4. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and pipelines.
  5. Manage sales and marketing activities for assigned agency lines.
  6. Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  7. Monitor debt collection and present regular debtor reports.


Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in Food Technology, Food Science & Nutrition, or a related discipline.
  2. Strong knowledge of relevant segment ingredients, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  3. Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Willingness to travel extensively.
