- To achieve strategic objectives as required by the company (e.g. sales target, market growth, sales growth, growth of account)
- Demonstrate high level of sales expertise and relationship management (through product knowledge; selling skills, product presentation skills & managing customers)
- Be accountable for sales, activities and compliance within the assigned territory
- Proactively plan and optimize overall sales results performance through effective territory management
- Demonstrate ability to resolve problems in a timely manner, elevate issues early
- Effective planning and execution of marketing/promotional activities according to plan (e.g RTD, department product presentation)
- Ensure timely submission and approval of documentations and reports for activities as required by manager
- Build and execute account plans for key accounts, through in-depth understanding of customers (profile, behavior, influence network, needs etc.)
- Perform segmentation and targeting of customers and execute call plan in accordance to S&T objectives.
- Provide surgical device service to Surgeons who are interested in treating their patients with a modern, innovative and a minimally invasive procedure.
- Attend surgical cases in Hospital Operation Theaters and provide technical and product support to surgeons.
- Effective sales call planning and execution to close the sales and achieve a monthly based targets for designated territories of Public and Private Hospitals.
- Develop, build and keep great relationships with current and new customers that resulted in loyalty to the company and the product, retaining business for the long run.
- Organised Numerous Surgical workshops in Hospitals and developed them as Key Opinion Leaders for the products.
- Provide training for end users (Operation Theaters Nurses and Staffs) and also new colleagues by hands‑on, presentation and continuous medical education.
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy/Biomedical Science/Nursing/Physiotherapy will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to applying. Sales, product training and 1-1 on field guidance will be provided.
- At least 1 year’s experience as Medical Representative/Product Specialist in ICU setting or Operation Theater is an advantage.
