Product Specialist Medical Device

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at NEXUS MEDICAL SOLUTIONS (M) SDN BHD as a Product Specialist Medical Device. As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our medical device portfolio in the Kota Bharu Kelantan region. This is a full-time position that offers the chance to work closely with our customers and make a tangible impact on patient care.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinicians to understand their needs and challenges
• Providing expert product knowledge, demonstrations, and training to ensure effective utilisation of our medical devices
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the sales process
• Gathering customer feedback and insights to inform product development and strategic decision-making
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare and medical device regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical sales role, preferably in the Kota Bharu Kelantan region
• Strong technical understanding of medical devices and their clinical applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, engineering, or healthcare management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction
