About the Company

A globally recognized leader in provider of high-precision instruments and services for laboratory, industrial, and food retailing applications. This opportunity sits within the Laboratory Division, supporting advanced solutions in material characterization.



About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you’ll combine your scientific or engineering knowledge with a consultative sales approach to promote thermal analysis and analytical instrumentation to customers in both public and private sectors. You’ll focus on building strong client relationships, managing technical consultations, and driving market awareness.



Key Responsibilities
  • Grow sales pipelines by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into customers
  • Conduct client visits, product demos, and presentations to offer tailored solutions
  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical consultation for the right product fit
  • Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities with the Business Area Manager
  • Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and cost-benefit analyses
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM
  • Train customers on proper usage and benefits of equipment
  • Participate in trade shows, customer seminars, and technical conferences as a brand ambassador


What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials, or Chemical Engineering
  • 1–3 years of experience in laboratory instrumentation, technical sales, or lab-based roles
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Independent, self-driven, and results-focused
  • Able to travel and possess own transport
  • Preferred: Experience with instruments such as DSC, TGA, DMA, titrators, refractometers, etc.
