Job description

  • To support in developing and execution of business projects to drive engagement and usage of both retail Internet & Mobile Banking channels.
  • To support the continuous growth of the retail Internet & Mobile Banking channel in both monetary and non-monetary transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Technical Project Managers, Legal, Marketing and other internal cross-functional teams to develop and execute product and business initiatives supporting channel growth and experience improvement.
  • To support in managing end-to-end product lifecycle assigned, including product development, product marketing and product operation.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience: 3-4 years in large Retail, Financial Services, Payments or Digital Commerce or other Digital Solutions businesses.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen analytical and observation skills.
  • Experience in product management or project management.
  • Experience in delivery of projects, products and customer requirements.
  • User centric and always think about customer experience first.
  • Personal traits: Positive, passionate, collaborative, self-starter, works well under pressure.
