Job description

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital procurement teams, and other healthcare professionals.

Promote and present medical products or equipment to prospective customers through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Possess in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to address customer needs effectively.

Conduct regular customer visits to gather market insights, monitor competitor activities, and track industry developments.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Manage and develop a designated sales territory effectively.

Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers, including direct assistance in operating rooms.

Deliver after-sales support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.

Participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and training sessions to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and adhere to industry standards.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical guidelines, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Science, Nursing, Biomedical, or related discipline.
  • Prior experience in medical device and equipment sales is an added advantage.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation, independent and resilience.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and meet clients face-to-face.
