As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for successfully building and executing territory strategic plans, accelerating partnerships with key HCPs, accounts, and health systems stakeholders in targeted therapeutic areas.

You will work with targeted therapeutic HCPs and administrative leaders to implement processes within programs, accounts, and health systems/networks.
Develop a deep understanding of local therapeutic patient journeys and key decision makers’ objectives to identify partnership opportunities aligned with commercial strategic goals.
Apply an entrepreneurial mindset, innovative approach, and foster bold cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Contribute to a performance-driven environment by maintaining a positive attitude and accountability for achieving cross-functional objectives.
Develop and execute strategic territory account plans to surpass commercial performance targets.
Build and expand a network of external HCP and administrative stakeholders, understanding patient, healthcare professional, and system communication channels to facilitate vaccination recommendations.
Engage stakeholders in scientific discussions to ensure the promoted brand is prescribed appropriately.
Embrace multichannel digital and virtual engagement to deliver current and valuable communications.
Manage territory budgets to maximize impact and ROI.
Analyze territory and market dynamics to inform opportunity or mitigation strategies.
Demonstrate understanding and application of GSK’s code and values.
Why you?
Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 1 year in institutional specialty sales/KAM roles.
Teritary education: BSc or BA.
Knowledge of pharma marketing in specialty therapeutics.
Experience with omnichannel and digital marketing campaigns.
Preferred qualifications include:
High business acumen, presentation skills, analytical and strategic thinking, effective communication, solution orientation, sense of urgency, and agility in developing business opportunities through scientific engagement with HCPs.
Knowledge areas:
Territory management (Veeva, Business Plan), customer profiling, disease and product knowledge, and Good Selling Outcome (GSO).
Complexity involves:
Managing geographical responsibilities, customer demands, conducting GDM & brand events, and ensuring high compliance.
