Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree or higher in pharmacy, life sciences, business, or relevant fields.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in sales or related roles within the healthcare industry.
• Independent, persuasive, and results-driven with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude and responsible character.
• Business-minded with entrepreneurial skills.
• Willing to travel outstation and possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company by promoting medical products and services to healthcare professionals.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Solicit orders, sell products, and provide technical support and product information.
• Stay updated on market conditions and competitors’ activities.
• Conduct product presentations and address customer questions and concerns.
• Quote prices, record orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Organize promotional events and activities.
• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
