Job description

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Product Specialist with a strong programming background to join our growing team. This role bridges the gap between product development, sales, and customer success—delivering technical insights, product support, and user-driven enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop products aligned with industry best practices to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability
  • Collaborate with project management and development teams to turn customer needs into product features
  • Enhance product features by applying industry-standard design principles and best practices to ensure the product is robust, secure, user-friendly, and fully compatible with modern technologies and development methodologies
  • Support the sales team with technical expertise, demos, and proof-of-concepts
  • Analyze customer feedback and product usage to drive continuous improvements
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and FAQs
  • Assist in API, SDK, or integration tool development
  • Train internal teams on product features and updates
  • Participate in product testing and QA processes

Competency

  • Proven experience in a product specialist, technical support, or software development role.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Java, C#).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with product lifecycle tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SOAP APIs, REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
