We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Product Specialist with a strong programming background to join our growing team. This role bridges the gap between product development, sales, and customer success—delivering technical insights, product support, and user-driven enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop products aligned with industry best practices to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with project management and development teams to turn customer needs into product features
- Enhance product features by applying industry-standard design principles and best practices to ensure the product is robust, secure, user-friendly, and fully compatible with modern technologies and development methodologies
- Support the sales team with technical expertise, demos, and proof-of-concepts
- Analyze customer feedback and product usage to drive continuous improvements
- Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and FAQs
- Assist in API, SDK, or integration tool development
- Train internal teams on product features and updates
- Participate in product testing and QA processes
Competency
- Proven experience in a product specialist, technical support, or software development role.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Java, C#).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with product lifecycle tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SOAP APIs, REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Specialist or Software/System Development.
